How does it work?

Is it safe on cracked, broken or bleeding skin?
This is the question we get most, and it is the whole reason the formula is this short.
There is no alcohol in it. Clobetasol scalp solution is alcohol-based, which is why it burns when it lands on skin you have picked. Calcipotriene causes transient burning, stinging or tingling in roughly 23% of patients in controlled trials. Salicylic acid dries the scalp until the flaking gets worse. Every one of those is a formula fighting the surface it is on.
There is nothing in this to sting with. No alcohol, no fragrance, no sulphates, no silicone, no mineral oil. It is water-based, and water does not burn.

How long does one bottle last?

Can I use it with my medicated shampoo or my steroid solution?
Yes. It is designed to sit around them, not replace them.
With medicated shampoo (tar, ketoconazole, salicylic acid, zinc): wash as normal on your usual schedule. Use this on every other day. The shampoo strips; this is what you put back.
With a topical steroid or vitamin D analogue: apply your prescription first, to the plaques, exactly as directed. Let it absorb. Use this after, or on the days you are not applying. Do not spray it over a fresh application of medicated solution — you will dilute it and you will move it where you did not want it.
With phototherapy: apply after your session, not before.
One rule: if you are on a prescription, tell your dermatologist you are adding a leave-in. They will almost certainly say fine. Ask anyway.

Will this cure my psoriasis?
No. Nothing will, and anyone telling you otherwise is lying to you for $40.
Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated disease. It is driven by an IL-23 to IL-17 signalling loop, it is genetic, it relapses, and there is no cure — including biologics that cost thousands a pen. Hearing "there's no cure" is a gut punch and most people reading this took it years ago.
This is a cosmetic leave-in spray. What it does is softer and smaller and more useful than a cure: it softens and lifts loose scale so it leaves in the shower instead of on your shoulders, it does not sting, and you can use it every day without a ceiling. How is this different from the medicated shampoo I already use?

The rough tells: psoriasis scale is dry, thick and silvery with sharply defined edges and it crosses the hairline onto the forehead, ears and neck. Seb derm scale is greasier, yellower and fuzzy-edged.

How long until I see a difference?
Flake behaviour changes first, usually within a week to ten days — the scale comes away in the shower rather than through the day. Feel changes next: the tightness after washing.
